Delivery and returns

Australian delivery

Standard Australian delivery is included in physical print and framed-print prices. We currently ship physical orders within Australia only.

Ready-designed collections: allow 2–5 business days for processing. Personalised collections: allow 5–7 business days after we receive usable photographs, with proof approval required before printing. Estimated transit is a further 3–10 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; remote destinations may take longer.

Our print partner produces and dispatches physical orders directly to the shipping address supplied at checkout. Please check that address carefully.

Digital delivery

Ready-designed downloads include the matching print-ready JPG and PDF. Personalised downloads are made to order and delivered by email after proof approval; the sample artwork is not an instant download. No physical item accompanies a digital purchase.

Problems with an order

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@foreverform.com.au with your order number and photographs of the issue and packaging. We will help arrange an appropriate remedy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unchanged.

Change of mind

Personalised orders are made using your photographs, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted once design or production begins. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel; cancellation may be possible before work starts. For ready-designed physical orders, contact us before returning anything so we can confirm whether cancellation or a return is available. This policy does not limit consumer guarantees.
