How many photographs do I need?

Exactly 45 different photographs for personalised art. Send original files rather than screenshots whenever possible.

What size is the artwork?

60 × 90 cm, portrait orientation. Framed dimensions are slightly larger than the print. We currently offer this one carefully proportioned size.

Will you crop my photographs?

Each image fits a square tile. We adjust crops individually to keep important faces visible. Some background or body cropping may be needed; padding may remain where a tighter crop would remove important detail. Check your proof before approving.

Can blurry photographs be made sharp?

Low-resolution photographs retain some softness in print. We check quality and may request a better copy or a replacement. Faces are not AI-redrawn.

What is the difference between formats?

A digital order supplies JPG and PDF files, with no print or frame. An unframed order supplies a 200 gsm matte print. A framed order supplies that print assembled in a black pine frame with plexiglass and hanging hardware.

Can I use several people or pets?

Yes. Personalised collages can feature one subject or a collection of people, pets and moments. The 45-photo layout stays the same.

Will you share my photographs?

Only with the service providers needed to make and deliver your order. Public use in examples or advertising requires your separate permission.

Are the room photographs customer installations?

No. Room scenes are illustrative AI-created mockups. The artwork shown is the actual approved collage. The maternity sample is synthetic and illustrates the layout; personalised orders use your supplied photographs.

Which photographs may I send?

Use images you own or have permission to reproduce, including permission from any professional photographer where required. You must also have appropriate permission to use photographs of the people shown.
