HOW IT WORKS
Send 45 original photographs numbered 01–45 in your preferred order, from earliest to latest. A newborn photograph can be the final tile if you wish. Share a download link using the checkout field or email at hello@foreverform.com.au after ordering. We check the crops and tone-match your photographs while preserving faces and bodies from your originals. Review and approve a proof before final delivery or printing.

Small or blurry source files may look soft in print. Square tiles can require some background or body cropping; we protect faces and check important details in the proof. Your photographs are not used in shop examples or advertising without separate permission.

The example sequence shown is AI-generated to illustrate the layout; it is not a customer pregnancy record. Your personalised order uses your own photographs. The 45 tiles do not represent 45 weeks. Room scenes are illustrative digital mockups.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY
Standard Australian delivery is included. Allow 5–7 business days for processing and approximately 3–10 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Photo submission or proof approval delays may extend dispatch; we will contact you if the schedule changes.

CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS
As this item is made using your photographs, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us by email at hello@foreverform.com.au if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
