HOW IT WORKS
Order, send 45 original photographs you may reproduce, and name your preferred centre photograph. We crop and coordinate the photographs, then send a proof for approval before printing. Original pet faces are preserved without AI reconstruction.

Noodle is our sample pet; your order uses your own photographs. One pet or several can be included. Sharp original files work best. Some background and body cropping is needed for square tiles; important features are checked in the proof.

Australia-only delivery at launch. Standard Australian delivery is included. Allow 5–7 business days for processing and approximately 3–10 business days in transit. Photo submission or proof approval delays may extend dispatch; we will contact you if the schedule changes. Room images are illustrative digital mockups; furniture and accessories are not included. Your photographs are not used in advertising without separate permission.

CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS
As this item is made using your photographs, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us by email at hello@foreverform.com.au if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
